Could you use support after the passing of a loved one?

Join others who have also experienced loss in a safe space where you can discuss your feelings and gain resources to manage your grief and bereavement. Led by Siraaj Knight, M.Div., Chaplain at Continuum Hospice on the third Thursday of each month.

From February through July, we will be discussing a stage of grief each time we meet:

February: Denial

March: Anger

April: Bargaining

May: Depression

July: Acceptance
